Terms of Service
Last updated: April 9, 2026
These terms are a draft framework for development. Engage legal counsel to produce enforceable terms, dispute resolution, governing law, arbitration, class-action waivers, and jurisdiction clauses appropriate for your business.
Agreement
By accessing or using BioLoop's website, applications, or related services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age requirements. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
Not medical advice
The Services provide wellness information, lab-related logistics, and AI-assisted education. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek a qualified clinician for medical decisions. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@bioloop.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Orders, subscriptions, and labs
Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and lab requisition rules are governed by the checkout terms, partner lab policies, and disclosures presented at purchase. Lab services may be performed by independent laboratories; their terms may also apply.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including probing, scraping, or attempting to access data you are not authorized to view; interfering with security; or using the Services for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
BioLoop and its licensors own the Services, branding, and content except where third-party rights apply. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Counsel should tailor warranty disclaimers and limitation of liability caps for your risk profile and jurisdiction.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioLoop and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Counsel should set explicit monetary caps and carve-outs where required.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect users and the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time; certain provisions survive termination as needed (e.g., disclaimers, limitations, dispute resolution).
Changes
We may modify these terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance.
